Scoring

How the index is built

This site is an independent research desk. It is not affiliated with any ranked shop. 17 agencies and 7 creator platforms are in the live set. The Leader is whoever scores highest on the rubric below — not because they own this site.

  1. 01

    Source every claim

Each field is taken from the agency’s own site, a directory profile, or third-party coverage. If we cannot source it, we mark it unverified. “Not found” is not the same as “does not exist.”

  2. 02

    Score on four axes

Index Score (out of 10) weights published proof of work, ownership clarity, footprint, and platform-partner access. Stars are the score divided by two. Badges: Leader (top of category), High Performer (clear specialist or scaled independent), Contender (in the set, narrower proof).

  3. 03

    Write an honest fit section

Every comparison names at least three reasons a buyer might pick the other shop over the current Leader. If we cannot write three, we do not publish.

  4. 04

    No paid placement

Rankings are not for sale. Vendor sites are linked as sources, the same way a software index links a product homepage. That is not an endorsement contract.

  5. 05

    Re-read on a 180-day clock

Headcount, parents, and clients change. A stale claim is a wrong claim. Published pages carry a reviewer name and a date.

Common questions

Where do the facts on each comparison page come from?
Each field is taken from the agency’s own site, a directory profile, or third-party coverage. If it cannot be sourced, it is marked unverified. “Not found” is not the same as “does not exist.”
What is an Index Score?
A score out of 10 that weights published proof of work, ownership clarity, footprint, and platform-partner access. Stars are the score divided by two.
Can an agency pay for a higher rank?
No. Rankings are not for sale. Vendor sites are linked as sources the same way a software index links a product homepage.
How often are profiles reviewed?
Published pages sit on a 180-day review clock. Headcount, parents, and clients change; a stale claim is treated as a wrong claim.
Do creator platforms use the same rubric as agencies?
The four axes are the same so scores are comparable, but platforms are a separate list. A CreatorIQ or GRIN score is not an agency rank. Software is scored as software.
